Ordering, OEM & wholesale

Does MoistureForge sell to consumers?

No. We are a B2B supplier for home appliance brands, retailers, property managers, basement / crawl space contractors, distributors and e-commerce sellers. End users should buy from our customers’ retail or contractor channels.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ is quoted per SKU and depends on tooling, capacity band, drainage, colors, logo method, packaging, consumables and any buyer-specified testing. Mixed orders across categories are welcome — see wholesale and the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.

Can I put my own brand on dehumidifiers?

Yes. Housing colors, pad-printed or badge logos, retail or contractor packaging and consumable multipacks are covered in our OEM & private label program.

Are your dehumidifiers UL / ETL / CE / ENERGY STAR certified?

We do not claim any certification, listing or test result on this site (no UL / ETL, CE, CB, FCC, ENERGY STAR or similar). Electrical and safety testing are specified by the buyer, verified on samples and — where needed — run at a third-party lab on request. See the compliance section of our specs guide.

Do you make medical or mold-kill claims?

No. We make no medical claims and no mold / bacteria / virus kill claims. Dehumidifiers are described as humidity-control appliances. Any such claim is the brand owner’s responsibility and must be backed by buyer-specified evidence.

How fast do you reply to inquiries?

Typically within 24 hours on working days. Use the inquiry form.

What is the minimum order for private label?

MOQ is quoted per SKU and depends on how much is customized — an existing platform with your logo starts lower than new tooling or printed retail boxes.

Can I mix platforms in one order?

Yes. Mixed orders across crawl space, small, desiccant, mini and quiet SKUs are common; each SKU is quoted separately.

Who is responsible for testing and claims?

The brand owner decides which claims go on the product and which tests back them. We build verification samples, arrange third-party testing on request and print the content your team approves.

Do these dehumidifiers treat mold illness, allergies or other medical conditions?

We make no medical, therapeutic or health claims for any product — no cure, treatment, prevention or relief wording for mold-related illness, allergies, asthma, respiratory conditions or similar. We describe humidity-control construction (compressor or desiccant, drainage, noise, capacity bands labeled typical/approximate) and build to the specification you approve. Any health-related claim on your packaging or listing is the brand owner’s responsibility, must be supported by your own evidence and may bring the product under medical-device or advertising rules in your market.

Do your dehumidifiers kill mold, bacteria or viruses?

We do not claim that any product kills mold, bacteria, viruses or fungi, or that a unit “sterilizes” a crawl space, basement or room. Dehumidifiers are described as humidity-control appliances that help manage moisture levels; any antimicrobial, purification or mold-remediation claim must be backed by buyer-specified testing for that SKU and market, and wording is the brand owner’s responsibility. See the compliance section of our specs guide.

Are your dehumidifiers certified (UL / ETL / CE)?

We do not claim any certification, listing or test result on this site — no UL / ETL, CE, CB, FCC, RoHS, REACH, ENERGY STAR, ISO or similar marks. Compliance belongs to a specific SKU, a specific market and a specific sales channel: tell us the destination market, the channel (appliance brand, retailer, property program, distributor, marketplace) and the standard, test or document your customer asks for, and the quotation sets out how it will be handled — typically third-party testing at a lab you choose or approve, on production samples, available on request and quoted per SKU. See the compliance section of our specs guide or ask on the inquiry form.

Do you have price tiers?

Yes, pricing is tiered by quantity per SKU and confirmed on quotation. No prices are published on this site.

Which markets do you serve?

This site focuses on the US market; we also quote other destinations. Tell us your market and its requirements.

How do I get a catalog?

Request it through the inquiry form with your business details.

Dehumidifiers

What pint/day capacity or room size do you rate?

Capacity (pint/day), noise (dB) and applicable-space figures on this site are labeled typical / approximate for planning and quotation. They are not published as certified product ratings. Actual performance depends on conditions (temperature, RH, airflow, drainage), test method and the SKU drawing. You specify the performance targets and test method your channel accepts; we build samples to that brief and you verify them — in-house or through third-party testing arranged on request. Any capacity or coverage figure on your packaging or listing must come from that verification.

Crawl Space Dehumidifiers

Crawl space vs basement — same platform?

Many low-profile platforms serve both, but crawl space installs often prioritize height, continuous drain and cooler-space defrost. Tell us clearance, drain type and climate band in the RFQ.

Do you claim mold removal in crawl spaces?

No. We supply humidity-control equipment. Mold remediation claims, medical claims and kill claims are not made on this site and remain the brand owner’s responsibility if pursued with buyer-specified evidence.

Small Dehumidifiers

Small vs mini — what is the difference on this site?

“Small dehumidifier” pages cover compact room / closet compressor platforms. “Mini dehumidifier” covers ultra-compact desktop and countertop formats (often thermoelectric). Each URL keeps one primary keyword — see mini dehumidifiers.

Mini Dehumidifiers

Will a mini dehumidifier dry a crawl space?

No — mini / desktop units are for small enclosed personal spaces. Under-floor installs need dedicated crawl space dehumidifier platforms.

Desiccant Dehumidifiers

Desiccant vs compressor — when do buyers choose desiccant?

Often when the use environment is cooler and compressor capacity would drop, or when a catalog needs a distinct technology story. Compare samples against your channel’s climate and price tier.

Do you supply replacement desiccant media?

Yes — platform-specific consumable packs can be quoted as aftersales SKUs alongside the main unit.

Quiet Dehumidifiers

Can you guarantee a specific dB rating?

We do not publish guaranteed dB ratings as site claims. We build to a buyer-specified noise target band and verify on samples with an agreed method — figures here stay typical / approximate.

Quiet Dehumidifiers overview →

No certifications, listings, ratings or test data claimed. We describe what each product is made of and how it can be customized. We do not display certification or listing marks (such as UL / ETL, CE, CB, FCC, RoHS, REACH or ENERGY STAR), publish certified pint/day or dB ratings, test results, factory capacity or customer cases on this site. Capacity, noise and applicable-space figures are labeled typical / approximate. Where your channel needs testing or documentation, it is buyer-specified and available on request — arranged per SKU at a third-party lab you choose or approve. No medical claims and no mold / bacteria / virus kill claims are made. Labeling and claims are the brand owner’s responsibility.
